If you were sent a faulty item or the wrong size please contact us immediately via email at info@bledla.com.
Bledla only accepts size exchanges if the same item is available on our web store. Customer must contact us within 5 days of the package delivery date. Please check our web store to see if the size you’re looking to exchange for is available. If the same item in a different size is not available, than unfortunately we cannot exchange the item. The items must be unworn with tags attached in it’s original condition. Upon return the item(s) will be checked to ensure that the item(s) is in it’s original condition. If we determine otherwise, the item will be returned back to the customer. Customer is fully responsible for all return labels, shipping and customs fees.
